What if a vendor cancels or does not arrive?
Every vendor role on a Look N Feel event has a pre-identified backup. Before your event day begins, we have confirmed alternative contacts for every critical function including decoration, catering, photography, sound, and transport. A vendor cancellation is a scenario we have already planned for. It is never a crisis on the day.
What if there is a power outage at the venue?1
We require generator access or confirmed backup power for every venue we work with. This is a non-negotiable requirement in our vendor agreements. Venues that cannot confirm backup power are not on our recommended list.
What if Dhaka traffic causes delays between venues on a multi-day event?
Dhaka traffic is a known variable, not a surprise. We build buffer time into every inter-venue transition. We pre-arrange dedicated vehicle convoys for wedding parties and guest shuttles where required. Our team communicates in real time across event locations throughout the day to manage timing shifts before they become visible to guests.
What if I cannot travel to Dhaka at all?
We have coordinated events where the client was unable to travel to Bangladesh. What if political disruption forces a date change?
Our contracts include a documented force majeure clause covering political disruption, natural events, and other situations outside both parties’ control. We also recommend that all North American clients carry travel insurance covering event disruption as a standard precaution.
