What does an event planner actually do?

An event planner manages everything that happens before, during, and after an event, including client communication, vendor coordination, venue logistics, on-site setup and execution, and post-event wrap-up such as vendor payments and accounting.

How early should I hire an event planner in Dhaka?

This depends on the scale and type of event. Larger weddings and institutional events generally need more lead time for venue booking and vendor coordination than smaller celebrations.

Does an event planner also handle decoration and catering?

Not always. At Look N Feel - Event Solutions, I do not own venues or provide catering directly. Instead, I coordinate with trusted vendors and the venue to bring the full vision together.

Can Look N Feel plan an event for clients living abroad?

Yes. A significant share of my clients are Non-Resident Bangladeshis planning from the UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Australia, and Europe. I use remote planning infrastructure and our photography network to keep overseas families connected to the process. If you are planning from abroad, my guide on 7 Key Steps to Plan a Wedding in Bangladesh from the UK, USA, Europe, or the Gulf walks through the process in more detail.

How much does an event planner cost in Dhaka?

Cost depends on the scale of the event, the venue, and the vendors involved, so I do not quote a fixed price without understanding the specifics first. After an initial consultation, I provide a clear, itemized proposal so there are no surprises later.
